About the Program
Many board members want to support fundraising efforts but are unsure what is expected of them or how to participate effectively. The Board Moves Method offers a practical, trust-centered approach that helps board members contribute without feeling pressured to become salespeople.
Through presentation, discussion, and real-world examples, participants will learn how to position board members as door openers, use personal stories to build meaningful connections, map and prioritize their networks, and create clear commitments that support accountability. This interactive session provides a realistic framework for helping boards move from uncertainty to purposeful fundraising action.
